    I don’t pressure you to change. I don’t scare you into making lifestyle change.

    I coach you, using an evidence-based model that helps to spark action and engagement and makes the change process possible.

    Does coaching always work? No. My goal as a coach is to help you determine if now is the time to begin the change process.

    However, some FSA/HSA providers cover coaching, so check with your provider.
